{Penny historical}

Today we went to a park while waiting for some other photos to be developed.
There we found a replica log cabin of Abraham Lincoln's stepmother, Sarah Bush.
It was cozy- I wouldn't have minded living there myself.
I peeked in the window and saw a chest, 3 wooden chairs and a bed covered by a quilt.
The garden surrounding the cabin was quite delightful- black-eyed susans, sweet peas, butterfly bushes, clover and many other plants too.
There were 2 birdhouses in the garden as well- both previously occupied.
Near the cabin was a tiny cemetery.
There were also 2 totem poles throughout the garden.
The lake was covered in ducks and geese.
